The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony, which is the perfect spot to take full advantage of the picturesque views.

Each of the 6 bedrooms has their own ensuite bathroom which consists of either a bathtub or shower, a WC, and a washbasin.
The Living space
The ground floor is adorned with a sophisticated open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area which offers plenty of room to entertain in style.
The spacious recreation room is located at the other end of the house. The room has yet more seating, a large flat-screen TV and a pool table. Not to mention direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace and fenced swimming pool.
The open plan kitchen is a joy to cook in! This well-equipped kitchen has ample workspace – perfect for whipping up a feast.
The Outside space
Outside guests can soak up the sun from the terrace, take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or take a short minute’s stroll to the beach.
Sandibay is both an idealistic weekend retreat for those wishing to escape from London’s hustle and bustle and a perfect base for an active holiday.
Frequently asked questions
Tell me about the swimming pool!
The Pool is open and is heated to temperature of rougly 28 degrees from May – September.
- Any children in the pool MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times
- When the pool is not in use, please ensure all gates / access to the area are shut
- No diving
- Tiles around the pool can be slippery – please be careful
- No pets allowed in the pool area
- Please ensure the electric cover is back on when the pool is not in use
- Please do not alter any chemicals or equipmemt. If you have any issues contact management directly.
- No glass or china in the pool area
What time can I check in?
Check in is anytime from 5pm. It is a contactless check in with a key safe – the code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
What time do I have to check out by?
Check out is 10am. We ask that guests place all keys back into the key safe and scramble the codes.
We also ask that all guests strip the beds and leave all used linens on the floor of the bedroom.
Is there disabled access?
There is one step going into the property, otherwise it is accessible, with three downstairs bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We just ask that you please clean up after them in the garden.
What amenities are there?
We provide all basic amenities including loo roll, linen, towels, pool towels, hairdryers, Gas for the BBQ, sugar, coffee, tea bags, crockey, cutlery and kitchenware. We also have a pool table. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel.
Is there a BBQ?
Yes! There is a gas BBQ with gas provided.
Are hen / stag parties or large events allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow these events at the property.
