The best of both! Two unique and distinct properties in the heart of Sandwich town. A charming cottage and a bespoke villa, joined by a small wooden gate in the garden wall.
These properties provide the perfect ‘home away from home’ for big family gatherings, golfing weekends away with friends and group trips to explore the quintessentially British medieval town of Sandwich.
Both properties are dog friendly and, with their large wood burning fireplaces, are perfect year-round countryside escapes.

The Bedrooms
There are 6 designated bedrooms and two snugs with sofa beds that can be changed into additional bedrooms prior to your arrival if requested.
The Bedrooms at SandiCottage:

The Bedrooms at SandiLodge:

The Bathrooms
Three bedrooms have modern en suite bathrooms and in addition, there are two large family bathrooms complete with range showers and roll top baths in each.
The Living space
SandiLodge has a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room.
SandiCottage also has an open plan living area as well as a snug tv room and separate kitchen.
The Outside space
Both properties have sizeable gardens with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating.
The gardens are joined by a wooden gate, making access to both properties very easy.
Frequently asked questions
What time can I check in?
Check in is anytime from 5pm. It is a contactless check in with a key safe – the code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
What time do I have to check out by?
Check out is 10am. We ask that guests place all keys back into the key safe and scramble the codes.
We also ask that all guests strip the beds and leave all used linens on the floor of the bedroom.
Is there disabled access?
There is one step going into the larger property (the lodge), otherwise it is accessible, with a downstairs bedroom and ensuite shower room.
What is the property setup?
There are two separate properties (SandiCottage & SandiLodge) joined by a garden gate.
SandiLodge has:
- A king with ensuite
- 2 super king OR twin rooms
- A single room

SandiCottage has:
- A king with ensuite
- A double with ensuite
- A twin with family bathroom
- A double sofa bed in separate snug room
Please let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed set up as a bed for your arrival.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We just ask that you please clean up after them in the garden.
What amenities are there?
We provide all basic amenities including loo roll, linen, towels, hairdryers, Gas for the BBQ, sugar, coffee, tea bags, crockey, cutlery and kitchenware. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel.
Is there a BBQ?
Yes! There is a gas BBQ with gas provided.
Are hen / stag parties or large events allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow these events at the property.
Is there a coffee machine?
Yes – there is a Magimix machine and a Dolce Gousto machine.
We do provide instant coffee granules but not pods.
