Experience SandiLodge
SandiLodge is a large newly built property situated within the medieval town of Sandwich, Kent which can sleep up to 8 guests.
The style of the house is ‘modern/industrial’ and the standard of the build is to a very high specification. It is situated off the road, with a stream running in front of the property, with a 350-year-old Copper Beech tree framing the garden.
An electric gate gives access to the house, and what is very rare for Sandwich – there is enough off-street parking for at least 4 cars!

The Bedrooms
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite shower room. There are another two super king sized bedrooms that can be converted to twins upon request (please let us know prior to your trip).
Downstairs there is a single bedroom that has a pull-out bed, again this can be set up prior to your arrival if requested.
The downstairs bedroom also has an en suite.
The Bathrooms
As well as the two en suite shower rooms, there is a family bathroom upstairs with a range shower and a roll-top bath.
There is also a downstairs cloak room.
The Living space
Inside the house, the ground floor is an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with an open pitched roof supported by exposed metal trusses. The suspended fireplace in the middle of the living area is a real design statement.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is state of the art, with modern appliances and granite topped surfaces. In the dining room there is a large table which comfortably seats up to 14 guests.
The Outside space
SandiLodge boasts a large garden, with a lovely green lawn, beautiful 16th century town wall and a sunken patio area. There is plenty of outdoor seating with a BBQ, perfect for alfresco summer meals.
Frequently asked questions
What time can I check in?
Check in is anytime from 5pm. It is a contactless check in with a key safe – the code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
What time do I have to check out by?
Check out is 10am. We ask that guests place all keys back into the key safe and scramble the codes.
We also ask that all guests strip the beds and leave all used linens on the floor of the bedroom.
Is there disabled access?
There is one step going into the property, otherwise it is accessible, with a downstairs bedroom and ensuite shower room.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We just ask that you please clean up after them in the garden.
What amenities are there?
We provide all basic amenities including loo roll, linen, towels, hairdryers, Gas for the BBQ, sugar, coffee, tea bags, crockey, cutlery and Kitchenware. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel.
Is there a BBQ?
Yes! There is a gas BBQ with gas provided.
Are hen / stag parties or large events allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow these events at the property.
Is there a coffee machine?
Yes – it is a Magimix machine and takes nespresso pods.
We do provide instant coffee granules but not pods so if you wish to use the machine, I would suggest bringing / ordering some pods for your stay.
